On a family members computer, when ever you go on the net it gets porn pop ups from e-passkey in the address bar. The computer has aol for the net, aol pop up blocker, ms pop up blocker, zone alarm firewall, avg antivirus, spybot s+d, ad-aware se and an anti malware program on it but none of these can get rid of the pop ups. They dont come up when the net is set to 'kids' for when they go on the net but as soon as it is set to 'adults' they come up all the time and seem to infest the main pages of sites with adverts for porn too. They seem to slow the computer down a lot as it can take 5 minutes just to bring up control panel.
How can i get rid of this problem? Thanks for any help.

Hi Dev, download and install Ewido 4.0 from here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/ Scan with Ewido in "safe mode"-- Reboot your computer in Safe Mode using the F8 method below.

a. If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power.
b. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
c. Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
d. Ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
e. Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
Make sure that you can see hidden files
" Click Start
" Open My Computer
" Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options
" Select the View Tab
" Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders
" Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option
" Click Yes to confirm
" Click OK
** These files are hidden to stop you accidentally removing something important.
It is advisable to hide them again after fixing your computer. **

If Ewido doesn't solve the problem post a Hijack This log using the instructions from here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

All the programs you mentioned are antimalware programs. Is the "anti malware" program you mentioned the name or is it one that AOL uses? The reason I asked is that there are numerous rogue antimalware programs and should be checked.
