am having a tough time finding a driver for a Lenovo V570 laptop with a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro (legal) in the device manager it says Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N + WiMAX 6150 and it says it under "Other Devices" I also have the same thing under Network Adapters and that driver is fine. All I can find is drivers for the network adapter it seems. What is this other one? Lonovo's website is beyond poor for any help either. ALSO I tried installing and running the Intel driver updater and it did not pick anything up for this running the scan. SEE PIC

See this intel thread. If you can connect via Wifi I would just disable the Wimax 6150 entry.

From this link Windows 10 wifi drivers are available for the chipset but not the Wimax capability.

It is very likely you do not need this driver, because You already have one ( Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N6150) but here are all versions for all OS with the download links.
Here is for Windows 10.

Everything begins here.

Win10 only

Or use IObit Driver Booster (current is 4.1.0.389) or Driver Easy (current is 5.1.5.5598). These are absolutely trusted and can find most drivers what is needed.
