Well, they are more deceptive by saying: We are looking for employees working remotely.

After the numerous crackdowns by police, it looks like there's an increase in spams offering at-home-work these days (at least I do).  Criminals are perhaps getting desperate to find fresh blood.  Or maybe it's just another tactic for them to infest us with malware by visiting a special website link, or defraud us with the classic keep-your-commission-and-forward-the-rest-of-the-money scam.
 
If the job invitation is 'genuine', it would be an excellent opportunity for police to infiltrate the criminal networks.  The SPAM SMTP server may provide a hint on the botnet involved, and the actual at-home-work help identify the criminals, or get closer to the top.
