Disable file sharing ports

In win7 anyone know how to disable ports 135~139 and port 445 ?

This wasn't a problem to do in every version of windows ever made befor vista.

Does this video help? I don't usually block ports so I don't know if your ports can be blocked using the steps in the video. Can you confirm?

Sadly it dousen't help, im not talking about firewalling ports im talking about turning ports off permently.

 

Closest i found on the topic is this link but it dousen't cover ports 135~139, seems most don't have a clue whats going on when it comes to the file shairing ports in win7 and theirs hack everyware on the topic vs win7 on this topic.
