My computer is slow

I don't know what happened to my computer suddenly, when I'm right click on Firefox browser, my computer become very slow

 

Please help me to solve it please

No logs, moved from MRL to Am I Infected - Hamluis.

Thanks, I have try all the steps but still when I'm clicking on Firefox the computer become very slow, I have reinstall but the problem is still here 

 

Please help
