I understand that Windows 10 has a default zip file zip/unzip feature but the "Extract All" option is not on my rt. click file context menu. Is there a setting I need to find or is there a problem?

Hi there!

Do you have any third-party archive managers installed on your computer? (7-Zip, WinZip, etc.)

Hi to you also, bwv848. Yes, I have 7-zip installed after I discovered that I did not have Windows to handle the zip file for me. It is working fine... I'm not a techie to just opening the file is sufficient.

Did you install 7-Zip AFTER the problem? Can you perform a clean boot for me?

Had another suggestion with a registry setting using a .reg file merge and that seems to have reset something. Now I have the EXTRACT ALL available in my file context menu. Thanks for your suggestions. I'm going to keep your comments for future reference. Happy Holidays!
