I type a lot of business documents and many of them contain a lot of the same text strings. As much as possible, I have stored this text in Word templates. But there are still a bunch of common statements that come up over and over again.
Some of these text strings are also common in emails. For those, the templates don't work (or maybe I don't know how to make them work). So I have stored them as Autotext.entries.
This works pretty well, except that as the number have grown, I keep forgetting the Replace string. Is there a mechanism that works in both Word and the Outlook email editor that will show me a list of the canned text strings and let me choose the one I want, like with a drop-down list?
