I have been infected with this virus, already did what you asked in this topic(https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/602125/infected-with-newpoptab-so-far-only-on-firefox/), but it didn't work.

 

So I'll post the log here.

should I run it with the fixlist or without the fixlist?

No fixlist.

Run it normally it will create fresh logs.

Post them for my review.
