you can do that for free, no need to buy another version,

if you do not have install disks you can download an ISO file and install from a usb stick

you can only install the version you have now....if you install a different version your product key will not work,

if you want a different version you have to buy it,

what do you not like about the version you have now?

System appears to be OEM Dell system.

Worth a read regarding the ability to download/use an .iso file for installing Win 7, https://www.pcsteps.com/45-download-windows-7-iso-legally-free-digital-river/ .  Paricular emphasis on the Welcome to MS Recovery section.

you should have a sticker on your computer with the product key,

if not you can use the phone service to activate, or simply click "activate automatically when online" during the installation,

this will only work if you install the exact same version,

for you that appears to be windows 7 professional 32 bit

If the system boots...You can find the product key easily...using any one of several different tools.

The key is reflected in the data provided when you install/use Speccy and do NOT elect the Snapshot.  It's under the O/S data.
