A little window that looks like this keeps appearing, for no reason:

How can I make it stop appearing? It's making me think something is broken.

Where on the screen does it appear..top of screen, middle, bottom right?

Is it the size of an icon?

Can you see your desktop when it appears?

How do you make it go away or does it go away by itself?

When it appears and you look under Windows task manger is anything listed that you don't recognise  ?

It appears close to the top left corner.

It's smaller.

Yes.

It goes away after a few seconds.

It disappears before I get the chance to look at it in task manager.

Somebody is helping you - Opera.

It is necessary to remember that everybody on BC is a volunteer and that BC is an international organisation with members all round the world. From your time stamp I believe that you line in the time zone that includes the US Eastern Seaboard. Opera apparently lives in the time zone that includes the UK and Western Africa. You have to allow 24 hours at least before expecting a reply and you shouldn't bump a topic until at least 48 hours have passed.

Just because one person is already helping me doesn't mean others can't help out too.

Sorry for not replying earlier, but as Chris said we are in different time zones and real life sometimes has priority.

Does it still happen if you are in safe mode?
