I'm reaching out to this forum because I'm running out of ideas and research to my issue.
We recently use the RemoteApp Manager to publish Outlook 2010 to allowed users to share one Outlook exchange account. We configured everyone's on the terminal server and configure outlook with that one email account. So far, only one user is successfully able to open outlook from their desktop and see emails, so on. Every other user on the screen loading profile, an error comes up with cannot open your default email folders. Microsoft exchange is not available.
FYI older users account created on the active directory that had access to this account are able to open the publish outlook app without an issue.
Not sure what could be the issue anymore since i have copy the account to create new ones, check all settings, check outlook account settings, so on.
I appreciate if you guys can point out something i might missed
