What could be the error messages you are getting during the gameplay?

it's almost like the blue screen of death but it's not. it comes up and says "windows has encountered a major error and had to be shut down". and at the end it says "beginning dump of physical memory" and then it says "physical memory dump complete"

Check your event viewer for error messages.

Search your hard drive for .dmp or .mdmp files - if you find any, use this link to do and analysis and post the results here.
