If this is not the right place to post this please let me know the right place or someone who can help me i'm becoming desperate

I think i have a virus on my device. Early today after accidentally clicking on a questionable advertisement my data speed has been significantly slower. I booted into safe mode but didnt see any apps t y the ordinary. I even did a factory restore to my phone. At first i thought it might be service because i use monthly prepaid cards but i havent reached the limit for them to slow the speed down. Can anyone help me please?

Welcome to BC....

Seems you have done what should be all that is necessary....a factory reset which removed all but what was originally installed on your phone.
