This constantly loading blue circle started showing two weeks ago,

could this mean i have a virus running on the background?

i have windows defender on my pc with real time protection on, malwarebytes anti-exploits for the web, and  have ran malwarebytes scan.

still i cannot find any fix for this.

P.S: Sorry if this is not the right topic it's my first post on this website.

Hi i came to a realization that the problem happened mostly surfing the web with chrome,
then i started thinking when it began to happen, and so i found out that it was the google translate add on i added two weeks ago to chrome, when i thought it would be handy,
turns out it has some feature running in the background always, and therefore cause the annoying blue circle to pop-up, every second.

Thank you very much for you fix-list and help,
and Resetting chrome to default would probably fix it too by remove that add-on, so in my case that was the problem.

I have posted Fixlog.txt:
