Few weeks ago I purchased an AMD mobo and gigabyte mobo and 5 magnetic bowls.
The magnetic bowls are great for using anything with screws or small pieces.
I purchased 5 of them.
The checkout person at microcenter put everything into 1 bag.  I put the bag in my trunk and just realized it was in the trunk.
Is there going to be any harm or damage from the CPU, mobo being placed in a bg with 5 large bowl sized magnets?

I highly doubt that it caused any damage to those parts. Hard drives are the one component I'd be worried about putting a magnet next to, but even then, I doubt that it's a powerful enough magnet to cause damage.

I concur with Xoctane. It's unlikely the bowls are near strong enough to damage a HDD, still - don't place them close together.. but for the CPU and Mobo, there is no risk from those bowls or magnetic screwdrivers, you can relax :)
