Hello,

Actually i come from https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/623466/random-bsod-hang-freeze-either-pc-in-idle-or-in-use/
i've formatted the entire PC and go back to Windows 8.1 which is basically a heaven as i dont face any issues that i am facing which mentioned on previous thread. But let's get back to main topic.

Now, i've met with another problem, which is IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD. or Driver Issue.
I`m suspecting Networx, but i cannot confirm it.

· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ?
Windows 8.1 Pro With Media Center
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?
x64
· What was original installed OS on system?
I Formated everything and reinstall Windows 8.1, Clean.
It was Windows 7 Pro, then upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro, But i did a fresh new install upgrade on Windows 10 without transfering setting, but keep the file.
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)?
Not OEM, Full Retail Version
· Age of system (hardware)
Age 3~7 Years, PSU is 7 Years old, while some parts were upgraded or added.
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?
Install Windows 8.1 about 1 month ago.
Upgraded from 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro on 29/July/2016(fresh install without transfer old setting but keep old file)
· CPU
Corei7-4770K CPU
· Video Card
Nvidia GeForce GTX 680
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop)
MSI Z87 Mpower
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (skip if laptop)
Seasonic X660 660w

· System Manufacturer
???(can i say DIY?)
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)
None

· Laptop or Desktop?
Desktop

Your UEFI/BIOS (version V1.11) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

J: drive only has less than 5% free space (I didnt' check the rest of the drives).  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty).  Low free space can cause BSOD's - but the actual amount depends on the files being used by the system.

You have 6 hard drives.  What is the age of your Power Supply?

Alcohol % software and Daemon Tools are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html
NOTE:  The uninstaller may not find the SPTD.sys driver.  Don't worry about it, just let us know in your post.
NOTE2:  The latest version has an SPTD2.sys driver - the uninstaller is on the same page as the SPTD.sys driver - just download the version for W10!

MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner (along with EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Out of 12 memory dumps there were 9 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results
