Hello, Just got Hitman pro alert installed on my PC, after installation whenever i click the gray scan box i get an error saying failed?

Shows scan has failed, i don't know why? I do have Avast antivirus installed but i don't think that's conflicting it or is it? Any idea why the scan showing fail?

If you have specific questions or encounter problems using HitmanPro, they should be reported to the development team. You can report issues, ask questions and make suggestions in thia topic.Erik Loman (erikloman), Edwin Engels (eengels) and Mark Loman (markloman) are SurfRight Reps. who visit BC on occasion to answer questions and provide assistance. You can try contacting them directly.
- Edwin can be contacted directly by email at edwin@surfright.com
- Erik can be contacted directly by email at erik@surfright.nl
- Mark Loman can be contacted directly by email at mark@surfright.com

Alternatively, you can report issues, ask questions and make suggestions in this official HitmanPro support topic where the developer provides assistance.

As SurfRight Reps, they would be far more familiar with any issues encountered using HitmanPro than any of our staff or forum members. Each has been very helpful to every one I have referred to contact them.

Adzkii, did you ever get a solution to this?

My firewall was abit too aggressive, so it blocked the outgoing connection to hitmanpro. I just whitelisted HitmanPro and Alert on my firewall and all is working fine :) Let me know if this works for you.

You may want to advise what firewall you are using so others will know. All firewalls should not be doing the same thing.
