I am running XP and I would like to know how to set up my computer so I can access it from another computer. I have tried remote desktop and can't seem to get that to work. I have tried windows messenger and it seems I have to ask for assistance from my computer before that will work. I would appreceiate any advice.

Just Googled your question and this popped up. It appears to be a free program for remotely accessing a computer.
