I have recently been experiencing several BSOD. I almost always find them in the morning after the computer has been idle all night. I attached the report.

Any help is appreciated.

No memory dumps in the uploaded reports

No memory dumps listed in the KernelDumpReport.txt report

The MSINFO32 report is corrupted - please do this:

MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter.  Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file.  If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.  Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F6) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have a 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card:

I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later systems - using older drivers with them is almost certain to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have the latest W7/8/8.1/10 drivers - DO NOT use older drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

Let's also have a look at this report:

Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on the "Administrative Events" heading
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility:

SpeedFan v. 4.5.1 and later (free from here:  http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php ) can log temperatures in a CSV file:
You may not need to log temps.  If uncertain, please ask.

To make it work (log the temps to a file) you have to do BOTH of the below:

1. Enable logging in general: Configure...Log...check "Enabled" then click on OK to save.

2. Enable logging for specific checks: Configure...Temperatures..left click on each sensor, then click on "Logged" at the bottom of the Window (for our purposes we want them all) then once you've selected "Logged" for all sensors, then click on OK to save.

The log will be located at C:\Program Files (x86)\SpeedFan

Naming: log files are named SFLogYYYYMMDD.csv, where YYYY is the year (four digits), MM is the month (2 digits, zero padded) and DD is the day (2 digits, zero padded). If a file already exists by that name, the file that already exists is renamed according to the following naming scheme: SFLogYYYYMMDD-CCCC.csv, where CCCC is a increasing number. The new file is then created with the standard file name scheme.

Notes: whenever you change the options related with logging, SpeedFan starts a new log file.

NOTE:You may want to turn logging off when we're done - as I don't know it's impact on performance or on the system.

Thanks.

When I try to upload the msinforeport.nfo I get the message " you aren't permitted  to upload this kind of file"

So far I successfully updated bios to the latest F9 one at a time.

Windows update says it's up to date.

I will eventually get  a wireless pci card.

Continuing with the rest.

Admin log file has a whole bunch of errors that seem serious to me (but haven't had a chance to look them all up)

That being said, I don't see errors related to the crashes.

The MSINF.nfo file is still unreadable (this happens sometimes, so I'm not real concerned with it).
I was able to look into the text file and it shows a couple of BSOD's - but no specific info on them.

These patterns are suggestive of a hardware problem.
Also, the BSOD that you got (a STOP 0x1E) is often a hardware problem (but not always).

As such, I'd strongly suggest starting with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please finish ALL of the tests and let us know the results.

Please zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder

If unable to zip it up there, then copy it to your Desktop and zip it there.

The 121216-33718-01.dmp (from your last post) should be in that folder (and maybe others).

First, please uninstall Adobe Reader.  It's adfs.sys driver dates from 2008 and is likely not compatible w/W10

Gigabyte's EasySaver driver (gdrv.sys) dates from 2013 and has been known as a BSOD cause in the past (I haven't seen it recently).  Please uninstall it.

It's usually accompanied by the Gigabyte EasyTune software (another BSOD cause) - please uninstall that also (if it's installed).

Also, please uninstall the Gigabyte On/Off Charge program.  It's driver (AppleCharger.sys) is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

I see traces of Comodo and McAfee on the system.

Only run one antivirus and one firewall at a time.

As such, please uninstall one of these programs (either the Comodo Internet Security or the McAfee)
If there are any other antivirus/firewall/internet security applications on your system, please unininstall them also (I saw an AVG/Avast driver - but it could be a part of Comodo)..

MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner (along with EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

There are a some older CD/DVD program drivers in the dump also.  Please uninstall these all of these programs.
If you still need them, you can always download a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible version later on.

Please see the list of older drivers listed below.  Any that date from before the release of W10 (July of 2015) are suspect.

Check to be sure that they are all W10 compatible.  If uncertain, either uninstall them or install a fresh copy that is known to be W10 compatible.

Thank you. I deleted and updated what I could find including the new windows updates. Also went through and updated all the drivers in devise manager. I found and used https://driverstoreexplorer.codeplex.com/ to delete over 100 old drivers. Still more to go. I also switched my HD from IDE to AHCI successfully. So far so good. Still need to do a hardware check. I will keep you updated.

Be careful deleting drivers.  Deleting the wrong one's can render the system unbootable.

FYI - not all Microsoft drivers are listed as Microsoft (for example - secdrv.sys is one).

Thanks. I was careful to only delete older versions. Plenty from 2009-2014. In the meantime I got this BSOD today:

Please zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder with your next post

If unable to zip it there, copy it to your Deskotp and zip it up there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Sorry for the delay in responding - lot's of personal stuff going on :(

Out of 4 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
Please finish ALL of them and let us know the results

Please uninstall Adobe Reader - it's driver dates from 2008

Please uninstall the CD/DVD programs that I discussed earlier.

Please update the rest of the programs that use the older (before W10 was released) drivers in the code box below.

Doing so will help to eliminate some of the possible low-level driver problems.
