Please post the make and model of this ASUS computer.

Is this installation of Windows ten a upgrade form Windows 7 or 8.1?

You do not need to quote my posts.

Are you receiving an error message for the Smart Gesture?

If you are, please post the exact error message.

Open Programs and features in the Control Panel.

In the upper left portion of the screen select View Installed Updates.

See if the ELAN driver update for ELAN Input Device is there.  This update is known to break Smart Gesture.

I do not receive an error message. I select and save the options in the application but it does not save after logging in and out. The application is not displayed properly.

What about the update, is it appearing in Porgrams and Features under View Installed Updates?

Open the Control Panel, double click on Mice and other pointing devices.  Does Smart Gesture appear there?

Edit:  You do not need to quote my posts.  It's a waste of bandwidth.

Thank you.  If Smart Gesture isn't showing up in the Device Manager you need to download and reinstall Smart Gesture.

I'm about out of time for today.  Christmas honey dos take priority this time of year.

Open the Control Panel and see if you can find Smart Gesture.  If it is there right click on it and select uninstall.

If it isn't seen in Programs a Features type in smart gesture in the search box and see what comes up.  You can right click on this and it should show you were the file is located.

Edit:  If all else fails, do a system restore to a restore point prior to this problem.
