Hello John, how you be today. I myself use Ulead gif animator. I use version 5 of the program. Photoshop does have a very high learning curve compared to other programs. Ulead gif animator is very easy to use. Another option for you would be to google for gif animator programs and see what you might find. Btw Ulead gif animator uses Adobe PhotoShop-compatible 32-bit plug-ins.

John I did some searching on the net and have found a free program that will make gif animations.I did not try the program out but this one is free. Very good price. LOL

UnFREEz is a high-speed Windows application that will take any number of images, saved as separate GIF files, and create a single animated GIF from those images. What makes this program unique from its competitors? First and foremost, UnFREEz is freeware.

If you try this one please let me know how easy or not it was for you. Have a good one.

I use GIMP as well along with Photoshop ImageReady.

But GIMP is free and it's absolutely brilliant!
