no signal on monitor

Why does my monitor now say np signal
It was working before I moved it into another room. Monitor is a insignia. Computer is a dell.

Hey, doesnn't seem anything wrong with the monitor. Something wrong with the display out or the wire. Try connecting the wires properly, if you have a display adapter remove it and then put it back and connect wires again.

Remove and reseat both ends of the connection between the monitor and the computer.

Check to see if you have the correct source selected on the monitor.
