the warning says"There is an IP address conflict with another system on the network. "  Please help me.  I'm a amateur, so please give me the easiest way to fix it.

Warnings can safely be ignored...they are typically just information items of no great concern to a user but Windows is designed tor track/record such.

Errors are something totally different.

IP Address Conflicts

If you don't experience any problems with getting online or staying online...I would suggest that you do what I do for such...just ignore it.  It should go away.
