I had an issue that kept my keyboard from working, and most programs from running (Chrome, League of Legends, Steam. Firefox worked though). I ran AdwCleaner and AVG they both "fixed" things, but I keep getting this error message like 7-10 times on startup, and when I try to reinstall League. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try to replace this file:

C:\Windows\AppPatch\AcLayers.dll

with this one:

C:\Windows\winsxs\wow64_microsoft-windows-a..ence-mitigations-c5_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.23255_none_75001150568684f0\AcLayers.dll

You may need to do it in safe mode.

I'm sorry I didn't mention that each of the errors has a different file attached to it. One is for my video card, one is for Microsoft.NET, I think one was system32. Would that make a difference?

I tried doing it in safe mode and it says I need permission to edit the AppPatch file.

Since you're getting different errors....

Download Windows Repair (All in One) from this site

Install the program then run it.

NOTE 1. In Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 right click on the program, click "Run As Administrator".
NOTE 2. Disable your antivirus program before running Windows Repair.

Go to Step 3 and click on Check button next to 1. See If Check Disk Is Needed.
If the tool that the Check Disk is needed click on Do It button next to 2. Check Disk.
In that case make sure you restart computer.

Once the above is done go to Step 4 and allow it to run System File Check by clicking on Do It button:

I can't figure out how to attach the logs besides copy and pasting them. Please let me know if I should do something besides pasting them into this file.

I promise I don't have much but I will donate what I can. You are a life saver!

Logs are actually not that important.

How is your computer doing after running the tool?

It is still doing the same errors, but I was able to install LoL but it still won't load, gives the same Apppatch error. The tool said it wasn't able to repair some errors.

During League, yes. At startup it's still 7-9 different ones. A couple of them repeat, but they stop eventually. Until I start up programs.
