Lately by PC has been acting a bit strange so I decided to take a look in the event viewer. This in turn lead me to look at my credential manager, where I found an actual server listed with a username and password that I never created! It's even categorized as "enterprise" as opposed to "local system". Have I been thoroughly hacked, or is this somehow a normal thing? I'd really appreciate some advice here, thanks in advance.

I should also mention that there are a couple other credentials I don't recognize as well: SSO_POP_User and SSO_POP_Device
