I need to exchange my administer.  Somehow and old extra email address got put in as administrator. Now I have a conflict between the in in the ad seat & the one I want in the ad seat. BTW the one I want was the original one to begin with.

Not sure I get what you are saying, but I would go into Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Groups > Administrators, and delete whichever user you don't want in there.
