Hello, im not sure if this is the right part of the forum to post in for this but stupidly i didn't really backup my college work and just idly kept it on my usb but then got a virus from college. When coming home and plugging it in my anti virus detected it and removed it. I think it was a trojan and has some extension called "ink" not sure though.

Through the removal of it my USB turned out to look like this

This looks pretty empty but i saw the anti virus scanning through all the files plus there is space still being taken up from my files on the usb and the exact same space before i got the virus

This is the log from the anti virus

Time;Scanned folders;Scanned;Infected;Cleaned;Status

Is there any way i can get my files?

:D thanks the hiding thing worked! I tried something similar to that which showed the directory of the drive but it showed no files because they were hidden. Thanks for the help!
