If you are using Google's Chrome Browser, go to the Google Store, and install Chrome Remote Desktop on you PC.  Also, go to Google Play on your Smart Phone, and install it there.  Go to Chrome:\\apps in your PC browser, and follow setup instructions to access your computer from your Smart Phone.  Don't forget to have a PIN for log on!  Now, you can sign on to  Chrome Remote Desktop on your Smart Phone, place it face up on your desk, and use it as a Touch Pad!
