a help icon is appearing on right hand bottom of my computer saying that your computer is infected ,download available softwares i.e spyware quake ;and thats forcing me to buy that software. please help to get rid of that message

i m really thankful to you . I just followed the whole procedure and now my computer is free of that stupid damn addware content.
i really thank bleepingcomputer.com coz of which i got rid of that crap in less than half an hour.
