Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

You're not going to get much help without more details.  The topic title doesn't inspire people to read, you need to put what your issue is in the topic title so that people who can solve your issue will open it.  Help Me is pretty wide open.  Internet Explorer slow to open sites or Chrome slow to open sites would have been a much better title.

What web browser are you using?

What is your network connection?

Do any other devices on the network have the issue or just this machine?

Thanks for replying, I'm going to be active. I have tried using all browsers non are working they are all doing the same thing. My internet connection is TalkTalk but i don't think it's that since my internet works fine on my iPad and my phone.

Okay, sounds like you have network issues involving the computer.  First thing I would restart the computer.  Second test.  Third check the network card settings.

TalkTalk and the Post Office routers have been hacked.

The fix is to reboot your router to get the update fix.
