I'm a computer tech/developer for a managed service provider in Oz.  We get to deal with a lot of random issues, and I've been finding more and more answers here on BC.

Currently focused on prevention / mitigation / recovery of ransomware attacks.

Hi Brian,

Am in the Gold Coast, working on clients mostly local and in Brisbane with a few in NSW.  Working with a good team, so we generally get things sorted.  I'm the lucky bas... err, person who gets to deal with the bulk of the ransomware.  We have a bunch of clients, so I average about 1 a week.
