Hi,

It seems my laptop has the .crypted ransomware.

I've tried to decrypt my files by using a few other tools, unsuccessfully.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Your help is appreciated.

Regards,

Mako

You need an encrypted file and it's unencrypted version from backups, etc., and use the Emsisoft decrypter. If you are having trouble with the decrypter, you will need to share the files you are using.

There is an ongoing discussion in this topic where you can post comments, ask questions and seek further assistance. Other victims have been directed there to share information, experiences and suggestions.Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.

Thanks
