Basically, i am using NSIS to try and automatically install a windows theme (for backgrounds). Here is what i have:

Outfile "AET Theme Installation.exe"
InstallDir "c:\windows\Resources\Themes\"
Section
	File "C:\Users\Admin\Documents\aet.theme"
SectionEnd
InstallDir "c:\windows\Web\Wallpaper\Windows\"
Section
	File "C:\Users\Admin\Documents\AET169.jpg"
SectionEnd
Section
	ExecShell "open" "c:\windows\Resources\Themes\aet.theme"
SectionEnd

I have tried compiling using the outdir rather than file, but it simply would not compile. When run, it says that it is installed correctly, but i cant seem to find where the files were put.
