The sort of thing we'd need to know include:

1) Where did you download the Windows 10 image from?

2) Did you verify the download at all?

3) At what point did it become evident that it contained viruses?

4) Exactly what procedure did you follow to install the new OS?

 

Like the others, I'm having a hard time believing this - unless you downloaded a cracked copy in which case you get what you pay for.
