I'm having a problem as of today where I was going here to this website at bleeping and a pop up came up on my phone in which i cant remember what it said, please forgive me. I am also having problems with my laptop for the record and I'm saying this bc both my devices are connected to the neighbors wifi ..... I cant help but wonder if the neighbor is smart enough to do something to my devices through his wifi if he's smart enough.

Is there anything I can do to protect my phone and prevent this from happening again?

using Motorola Moto E 2nd generation

(just thought i'd throw this out there.... my wifi for my phone and laptop acts super crazy even though I have a super strong connection... this dont happen when the husband is gone from home)

thanks for any and all help that I may receive

Use an app like Adguard to block ads/pop-ups/trackers/phishing/malware from all the apps on the phone and not just the browsers. Do a complete scan using a good AV app like Bitdefender / Sophos
