Please reinstall your NVIDIA graphics driver. Use version 368.69, as it seems to be pretty stable. Please perform a Custom Installation. You should only install the Graphics Drivers and PhysX software. DO NOT INSTALL ANY 3D DRIVERS!!!

Done. I would have like to have done a full uninstall first but that was problematic. There were no Nvidia programs listed in Control System programs. I ended up deleting every Nvidia display adapter version from the Driver Store. (it wouldn't let me delete one that was being used) Then i downloaded 368.69 per your specs (+ Clean Install) and rolled back to that version using Device Mgr.

Still doing great. The computer seems pretty speedy, even during video editing. No lagging observed for a week.

Stll doing great. Let's close it out.
My only question is what led you to focus on the graphics driver in the first place.

Glad to hear that!
I was suspicious of your graphics drivers because they were referenced in several of your minidumps, and you were also experiencing weird freeze-ups. Due to the suddenness of the problems, I strongly believed this was a software issue, not a hardware issue overall (even though one of your hard drives was faulty).
Let me know whether if you have further questions.
