need help with PSU

asrock z170 fatal1ty k4
ssd 960 evo 256mb m.2 
ram g.skill trident z 3000Mhz 16gb
radeon rx 480
and 4 fans 140mm
also, i will do some overclock

my local pc store has an offer : Super Flower - Platinum King 80 Plus Platin at 60 euros

Should i buy it? Is 450w enough for this build?

RX 480 use 150W power, you should get at least 500W PSU so that you can upgrade parts later, more is better.
