I would ask some1 to help me i've tried all clean up my pc, registry check, There isn't problem about some device that is not working i checked device manager and everything is OK, im getting this message at like every program just Google Chrome/IE/Firefox/Skype/Steam are working... others no .exe program every does this.. I googled tryed everything they writed but nothing helped me.. I would really appreciate help im sad and i can't do anything... I've got original win 10 without cd bought in PC, so i can't reinstall without cd and also don't have USB to reinstall with boot.. So if somebody can.. please help.
