Hello, with that old of a system I would not upgrade to anything past about a gforce gtx 650/750 or older R7 250/260 because of severe botttlenecking with anything past that and really -- even bottlenecking with those cards with that old 6000+ dual. Not sure if you're intentions are some gaming? or is it just general usage? but if they are gaming you're a great candidate for a system upgrade if your budget would allow for it. I would not invest anything more in that old of a PC sorry to say that unless your intentions are merely general usage (surfing). If you think you would like to build a new unit feel free to start a new thread about it in the building section of the forums here that way you can get some good opinions from some experienced people here and they'll put together a nice easy and affordable upgrade list for you something like a motherboard / cpu / gpu / ram / psu where you could still use your older hard drive, optical drive, and display and at least get you rocking with something like an AMD FX 4300 or similar.
