Hello rayandmaura and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. Anyone can look at posts here (whether they are members or not) but only members of the HijackThis team can respond to posts in this forum and we are all volunteers. We answer posts on a first come first serve basis so you can figure it out as to how busy we are at the moment.

I see no signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean. As for the Spyware Doctor report, other than the usually cookies and temporary IE files the only thing that SD is flagging is the file from Avaya. It is a legitimate file so SD is incorrect in that it is a problem. This happens occasionally with the various anti-virus and anti-spyware packages and that's why it's good to get a couple of different scans just to be sure.

All-in-all you are good to go.

Cheers.

You are welcome rayandmaura. I have never tried Spyware Doctor but have not heard anything bad about it either. Some anti-spyware programs can be overly aggressive in flagging problems.

I will now close this topic. If you have any new malware issues or questions in the future please start a new topic.

Cheers.
