shared calender

Hi  we had a company hit with a virus, i need to know, all the users use access a shared calender in outlook so if one pewrson in one office made a change everyone would see it, how can i re set this up to be shared with everyone, is thewre away to share it in the server so it will come through as it use in outlook shared calender? or what should i do? also if we switch themm over to Gmail can i import this shared calender into gmail and share it out like it was before

What's the importance of mentioning  the company malware issue?
