twitch streaming

Im trying to upgrade my old pc witch is a hp desktop and its not even 5 years old. I would like to know what parts do I need for streaming to twitch I know what processor to get its just the other softare I don't know what to get. I just need it to stream to twitch thats it. from my ps4.

Cannot say about software but your system probably is fast enough.

Typically any I7 from the Ivy Bridge era (3770k) or even Sandy Bridge (2600-2700k) onwards, and AMD FX 8320/8350 do just fine with simultaneous gaming/streaming on twitch (example). However I have noted that even I5's and occasionally an FX 6300 also do fine. What are the specifications of your 5 year old system?

You may not even need any additional hardwave to stream to twitch from the ps4.
I believe it has this functionality built in.
