broadcom netxtreme iscsi boot firmware corrupted

I am looking for a solution to my broadcom nics. The bios are corrupted and need to be fixed. I tried upgrading and downgrading the nics to boot from iscsi. and it did nothing.

 

Please help

if the firmware is corrupted then there is no way to re-ROM the firmware mate.
