Samsung GT-C3595 - use a phone modem for internet access

Regards to all, please tell me is it possible to use phone modem to access on internet via my laptop (win7) through usb data cable? I tried install Kies and USB modem drivers but no success. My operating system sees the modem from the phone and the modem has been successfully installed but it does not manage to connect to the Internet..
I installed the latest version of Kies and Samsung Connection Manager. I was reinstall everything several times..
I'm desperate because I am trying to connect to the Internet on my laptop for days.. Dont know what to do more..
Therefore I ask for help and for information on whether it is even possible to do? If possible, I would ask you nicely for help and advice on how to achieve it. Here is some screenshoots from my system and modem log:

Ive done it many times on my HTC Phones.

 

So the same should apply on Samsungs using Tethering - Via the Phones Internet Access.

my phone does not have wireless and tethering, only modem and USB cable
