Here's the deal...this is my husbands computer. His mother I am assuming used to be the admin. on this. We have recently gotten high speed internet but I cannot access any secure sites. I cant get into email through my comcast account, yahoo, msn...nothing that requires me to sign in. I cant even view my banks home page. I spent 3 hours on the phone with comcast and got no where. I just read another post that says to delete the nortan but when I try it wont let me...it gives me this message:

A Nortan internet security account with supervisor access must be logged in to uninstall this product. If nortan internet security is not running, click thew start menu, click nortan internet security and log in.

I have gone through and deleted the other users that were on here. Could I have deleted the user who is the admin? Anyway, I can uninstall this? I have tried and tried and it keeps coming back to the same message. Please, I am getting so frustrated paying for something that seems to be totally useless.

Thank you so much.
