Hi.

You might want to try to update Radeon Software Crimson Edition to the latest patch?

Thanks.

Hi

I have updated all Radeon Software Crimson Edition patch files but I am still getting the same bsod error.

When I check under device manager some system devices say no drivers are installed for this device. Could this be a problem?

Hi,

Ok noted. I will do a diagnose with your BSOD when i'm home.

You may choose to uninstall and reinstall that device and see whether it helps.

Thanks.

Hi

I have reinstalled all drivers with the status *No drivers are installed for this device* and the problem continues to exist.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F6) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Please download, update, and run MalwareBytes (free from here:  https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/ )

If you find infections, please do this:

If infected, I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

Nothing real clear cut in the memory dumps.

Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Once you've sumitted the memory dumps from that, please get a head start on these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Good luck!

After updating BIOS/installing Intel drivers for my  motherboard, I have encountered no crashes. It seems the problem has been fixed. Thank you to both BSOD experts. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you :')
