Hi,

You might want to try a reformat and a clean install of a brand new windows on the laptop?

Thanks.

Hi,

Hmmm, you can try to get a XP OS from the web (https://www.google.com.sg/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=download+Windows+XP+ISO) and burn it to a disc, after that try booting it from CD-ROM drive and see whether it works.

Thanks.
