I run Windows 10 on a Lenovo G700. I use a number of utilities for system upkeep, including Glary Utilities 5, which has always served me well, but lately I've been having an odd problem with it and only it. When I try to run it, whether through a link or from the startmenu, nothing happens--absolutely nothing that indicates thyat the program is running. I have to go to the website and download a new cdopy before I can use it. This has been happening for several weeks, and I don't know what's wrong. I haven't made any serious changes to my system (except to install and the unstall a couple of programs. Also, sfc shows no problems. What's haywire here?

Are you using this program to delete registry values if you are here is your issue these kind of programs deletes more than they claim repair. I would not suggest using Glary Utilities i think your issue cause by this utility in first place.

GreeBooter, I tried running gGlary Utilities and CCleaner (analysis only--no changes) and looked at both lists of errors; I saw no reference to Glary utilities in either list. I haven't run the registry cleaner yet (and may not), so I've had no problems. *I do9 wonder, though, which (if any) non-Glary related entries are causing the problem, and why?

FreeBooter, I've un installed and reinstalled Glary. I mentioned the problem here because I wasn't sure whether it was an operating system or not. Since it doesn't seem to be, I'm signing off. thank you for your help, and sorry to send you on a wild-goose chase.

I've used Glary Utilities for almost ten years... for what it's worth, it is very easy to find support on the official site of the product, because this is a known bug in their program. See how they can help out... Contact them at their support site. :)
