Not until the master decryption keys are released by the criminals or law enforcement authorities track them down, seize the C2 servers and release private RSA decryption keys to the public.

is there a way even disassembling the file to be able to rebuild?
They told me it's a long but possible job, can you confirm me?

There is no known method to decrypt files encrypted by the Dharma (CrySiS) .java variant without paying the ransom. If possible, your best option is to restore from backups, try file recovery software or backup/save your encrypted data as is and wait for a possible solution at a later time.
