Accessing Shared Folders with Permission on a Windows 10 home Machine

Hi All,


Some of the folders on the shared drive have permissions and the Windows 10 home machine is unable to access those. 


Is there a way to access these folders that has permission without joining the domain?

The easiest way is to add a local account with a password, give the new account access to the share, and use that account to access the share.
